A friend recommended Beyond Foam for my basement reno, so I thought I’d give them a call about doing my rim joists. They arrived on time and gave me a quote as expected for the rim joist job. Jokingly I asked what it would cost to do the exterior basement walls, thinking the price would be way above my budget. To my surprise they gave me a quote that I couldn’t refuse — and I already had all of the Roxul I needed. I was in a big hurry to get things done, and they scheduled my job within a few days of quoting. When the crew showed up they were on time, and 100% professional. They took great care to ensure that the job went well. They finished the job promptly and and with the exception of 1 minor overspray issue, they did everything right. The after installation support was also top notch. They sent over an experienced manager to inspect the job a few days after it was completed just to make sure everything was OK. I’m very impressed with Beyond Foam and would use them again. My only problem now is that my basement is warmer than the rest of the house!

Fixed a long term problem with condensation on the ceiling. A few minor problems, but they dealt with them completely and courteously. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for insulation.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the start Kevin B. our estimator and main contact was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and respected every question we had, and there were lots. He listened to our concerns and fully explained to us what to expect and when. Because of other issues in our home we had to cancel and reschedule twice with only a days notice, but not once were we made to feel guilty or as a huge inconvenience. We and our situation were respected and they rebooked us as soon as they could. As for the installation crew; awesome! They showed up On Time, and fully respected our home and our yard. We were updated on the progress and when one of them had to go upstairs to close a window that was causing too much of a draft, they told us, which might not seem like a big deal, but when you leave your home in the hands of strangers it’s nice to know where they’ve been and why. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves, the basement was as clean as when they started the work. I could go on with how very happy and impressed my husband and I are with Beyond Foam. The level of respect, the competitive pricing, the full communication, the follow up visit to confirm installation standards were met. This is the first company/trades people that we can honestly say we have no complaints with, none. Hire them, you’ll be happy with both the product and the service.
