What we need:
Beyond Lifting is in need of a Concrete Lifting Installer Lead. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 season as a concrete lifting installer with a full scope-of-work understanding with experience in polyurethane foam systems. Mudjacking experience would also be considered.
The Lifting Lead position is responsible for problem solving logistical challenges, leading the crew to successfully and efficiently completing various concrete lifting projects. The Lifting Lead must be an active member of the Lifting team in every aspect of the job, including everything from knowledge of equipment and materials, to a thorough understanding of how concrete lifts. This lead position is also responsible for ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Applicants must have a valid drivers license plus experience driving large commercial trucks.
The Lifting Lead will report directly to the Sales Manager. The hours of work will depend on weather and availability of jobs. Availability to work long days and weekends is essential.
What it pays:
Compensation range of $25/hr to $35/hr, for hours worked, and will be based on industry experience. Benefits and company RRSP are also available after the first 3 month probation has ended.
