What we need:
We are looking for a Sealant & Concrete Repair Specialist to focus on joint sealing, crack repair, surface prep, small concrete repairs, and concrete cutting.
This role rewards patience, attention to detail, and pride in finished results.

What You’ll Do
• Perform joint sealing, crack repair, and patching work
• Prepare surfaces properly (cleaning, routing, masking, protection)
• Follow manufacturer specifications and cure requirements
• Perform concrete cutting and minor repairs as required
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Redo work if it does not meet company standards

Nice-to-Have Experience
• Polyurethane or concrete sealant experience
• Concrete repair, masonry, coatings, or finishing background
