Who we need:
We are seeking an Experienced Flat Roofer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings solid hands-on experience with flat roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC), strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
If you take pride in quality workmanship and can handle the ups and downs (literally) of roofing life, this could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of flat roofing systems (SBS torch-on, EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)
- Conduct job site preparation, material handling, and safe work setup
- Complete installations according to specifications, safety standards, and local building codes
- Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems and perform repairs
- Work independently or as part of a crew to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Operate roofing tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Experienced with flat roofing systems — SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC
- Strong understanding of roofing details, flashing, membrane installation, and repair work
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality
- Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot roof issues
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Fall Protection and other safety certifications are assets (we can help you get them if needed)
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
