Beyond Group is looking for an office coordinator to join our team.
Applicant will be responsible for taking phone calls, booking in appointments for clients, scheduling jobs, assigning work orders, creating PO’s for subcontractors and other responsibilities the Operation Manager assigns.
What it pays:
Workplace is a busy, friendly, and team-focused environment. Applicant to demonstrate characteristics that represent company culture. Compensation package is dependent on experience. Range of salary is between $60-70K, 2 weeks holidays, benefits, RRSP matching and bonuses. Minimum of 1 year coordinating/scheduling experience.
