The process normally works in that homeowners would call us to do a site visit and a quote. If the areas are exposed- we would take measurements and take the before pics for the project. We would then send out a quote and calculate the expected rebate from the government. If the quote is accepted- we would complete the work, take after photos, send out the invoice and release form to share the homeowner’s information to the government. Once we receive payment, we would submit the application to the government on behalf of the homeowners. The government reviews the application, contacts the homeowners to verify the details of the upgrades and then would send out a cheque directly to the homeowners. The entire process should take about six to eight weeks from submission of the application.
