What we need:
We are looking specifically for a qualified roofing lead that has experience in a variety of flat roof applications. Time on the tools and overseeing and estimating projects is essential. Knowledge of SBS and single ply membranes systems, along with service experience.
The Roofing Division Lead position is responsible for problem solving logistical challenges that would prevent safe and efficient completion of projects. The goal of this position would be to have yourself off the tools as soon as new hires are up to speed with the Beyond way of roofing. Being able to build systems and train others is key.
The Roofing Division Lead will report directly to the Roofing Manager. The hours of work will depend on weather and availability of jobs. The expectation is that you will oversee and assist whenever roofing projects are being installed.
What it pays:
Compensation for hours worked will vary from $36-45/hr. Benefits and company RRSP are available after the 3 month probation period has ended. Performance bonuses are also allocated as per our program.
