What we need:
Beyond Insulation is looking for a Lead Installer- Spray Foam to join our team. Successful applicants must have a Minimum of 2 years experience in the Insulation industry including a minimum of 1 year running their own spray foam truck.
Lead Foam Installers are responsible for all aspects of the install of foam on jobsites. Key responsibilities include taking care of the spray foam truck, communication with office and clients, leading and directing helpers.
What it pays:
Compensation for hours worked will be based on industry experience and range from $25-$40/hr. An overtime agreement will be available after 6 month probation period. Benefits and company RRSP are also available after the probation has ended. There are also performance bonuses that are allocated as per our program.
